Strictly ballroom

After some standards meetings I'm reminded of the movie Strictly Ballroom. In particular, the following bit of dialog from it:

(SCOTT HASTINGS is discussing his daring new dance steps with the corrupt Australian Dance Federation President BARRY FIFE.)

BARRY: Where do you think we'd be if everyone went around making up their own steps?

SCOTT: Out of a job.
